Pending Transactions

This page allows you to view and manage all banking transactions that are pending action. You can review details, check for errors, and push failed transactions again.


๐Ÿ” Search Filtersโ€‹

At the top of the page, you can use the search filters to find specific transactions faster. You can filter by:

  • Provider โ€” Select the payment provider.
  • Remitter ID โ€” Enter the remitterโ€™s ID.
  • Reference # โ€” Enter the transaction reference number.
  • Classification โ€” Select the transaction classification.
  • Currency โ€” Select the transaction currency.
  • Transaction ID โ€” Enter the transaction ID.
  • Sender Name โ€” Enter the senderโ€™s name.
  • Receiver Name โ€” Enter the receiverโ€™s name.
  • Type โ€” Select the transaction type.
  • Date From / Date To โ€” Set a date range to narrow down transactions.

Click Apply to filter results or Reset to clear all filters.


๐Ÿ“‹ Table Columnsโ€‹

The table below shows the list of pending transactions with these details:

FieldDescription
DateThe date and time when the transaction was created.
TransactionThe reference number of the transaction.
SenderThe senderโ€™s name.
ReceiverThe receiverโ€™s name.
DebitThe amount debited from the senderโ€™s account.
CreditThe amount credited to the receiverโ€™s account (if any).
CurrencyThe currency used for the transaction (e.g., EUR).
TypeThe transaction type (e.g., Local Payment).
KYCShows if Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is complete.
Last ErrorShows the error message if the transaction failed (e.g., Customer validation did not pass).
ActionClick Push for Tribe to retry sending the failed transaction.

โœ… Actionsโ€‹

  • To retry a failed transaction, click the Push for Tribe button next to it.
  • Use the checkboxes to select multiple transactions if bulk actions are available.

โ„น๏ธ What is Tribe?โ€‹

Tribe is the name of the payment gateway or payment processor our system uses to process transactions.
When you click Push for Tribe, the system tries to resend the transaction to Tribe for processing.


Note: Please always check the Last Error column to understand why a transaction failed before pushing it again.
